盐雾试验箱 RBTX-YWD6

 

1.整台采用进口PVC版制，结构强实、永不变形，并耐酸碱耐高温永不变化； 2.采用自动/手动加水系统，具有水位不足是能自动/手动加水之功能，试验不中断，水位不足警告显示； 3.精密玻璃喷嘴雾气扩散均匀，并自然落于试片，保证无结晶盐阻塞； 4.控制仪均在同一机板操作简便，且一目了然； 5.附双重超温保护，水位不足警示，确保使用安全； 6.进口温度控制器具有手动及全自动控制方式，使用数字显示，PID控制，误差±0.1℃，最大设定时间可达999hrs； 7.试验室采用蒸汽直接加温方式，升温速度快且均匀，减短待机时间； 8.喷雾塔附锥形分散器，具导向雾气、调节雾量及均匀落雾灯功能； 9. 压力桶采用亨利定律，予以加温加湿，并提供试验室所需之湿度； 10. 加大型机种之试验槽上盖以气压缸自动方式开关，操作容易且安全性佳；试验完成后，具有自动除雾装置，可清晰观察试验室内之试品。

性能特点/Features

1.The whole system adopts imported PVC system. The structure is strong and solid, and it will never change.
2.The automatic / manual water feeding system has the function of automatic / manual water adding with insufficient water level.No interruption, water level warning display;
3.The precision glass nozzle diffuses evenly and naturally falls on the test piece to ensure that there is no crystalline salt blockage.
4.The control instrument is simple and clear at the same machine board.
5.Double overtemperature protection. Water level is not enough to warn and ensure safety.
6.Imported temperature controller has manual and automatic control mode, digital display, PID control, and error.The maximum setting time is up to 999hrs when the difference is 0.1.
7.The test room adopts steam direct heating method, the heating speed is fast and even, shortening the standby time.
8.The spray tower is equipped with a conical disperser, which has the function of guiding fog, regulating fog and even falling fog lamps.
9.The pressure barrel adopts Henry's law, which is heated and humidified, and provides the humidity required in the laboratory.
10.The upper cover of the test chamber with large machine is automatically switched by pneumatic cylinder, which is easy to operate and safe.After the test is completed, it has an automatic mist eliminator and can clearly observe the test products in the laboratory.
